1. “Authenticity & Relatability are KING”

AI-powered ads can feel stiff.

People want real connections. They respond to content that feels human, like a conversation with a friend. How do you make that happen? Testimonial ads, casual “car chats,” and behind-the-scenes clips bring people into the story. Keep it real, unpolished, and relatable. Authenticity is your guiding star.

2. “A.B.Cs…Always 👏 Be 👏 Creative 👏 Testing!”

Run multiple versions of your ad to see what resonates. Creative iterations and data analysis will guide you through the cosmic unknown, finding the winning formula to reach your audience.

You may find that you’re surprised by the messages that win out. Just because a hook works great in UGC, doesn’t mean it’ll carry over seamlessly to your statics, or vice versa.

There’s nothing that worries us more than coming into an account and only seeing two ads driving performance and no new creative testing lined up for future missions. Keep the creative engines running!

3. “Harness the power of AI to analyze your customer reviews.”

We love using AI to partner with our creativity - not replace it (after all, we like to keep things friendly with our future robot overlords). One of our favorite ways to use AI right now? Analyzing customer reviews. Here are our prompts:

1️⃣“Analyze our customer reviews and highlight any identities or customer segments that stand out.”

2️⃣ “Scan these reviews for any unique value propositions (UVPs)—please identify using real-customer language.”

Gathering these insights turns advertising into a precision game. When you understand who you are speaking to, what drives them, and how they see themselves, your message lands with more impact.

Instead of hoping something sticks, you create ads that grab attention, spark interest, and feel personally relevant. The better you know your audience, the easier it becomes to craft campaigns that connect and convert.

4. “Just because.” ISN’T a reason.

Make more people say “yes” to your ads! The secret isn’t urgency or discounts - it’s a tiny but powerful word: because. By giving a reason, you can trigger a sense of relatability and urgency in your audience. And we’re seeing a lot of ads forget this in their creative.

But here’s the catch: “Just because” isn’t good enough. You need to give your audience a reason they can get behind, even if it’s simple. For example:

1️⃣ “Shop now…because your future self will thank you.”

2️⃣ “Join today…because the best is yet to come.”

3️⃣ “Act now…because this moment won’t last.”

In 2025, “because” is your rocket fuel. 🚀

5. “LOVE a grid”

Grids are more than a design choice. They tap into human psychology to increase engagement and conversions.

The eye follows patterns like the F-shape or Z-path, and grids work with those instincts to guide attention where it matters. Placing your CTA in the right spots makes taking action effortless.

A well-structured design keeps everything on course, ensuring a smooth path to conversion. If your ads feel scattered, a solid grid brings them back into orbit.

6. AI Tools We’re Checking Out

When you’ve got a small asset library but big creative ideas, consider AI tools like Runway, Sora, and Everart.

These tools can turn your static images into engaging video content with just a few clicks, giving you fresh assets without the need for a full shoot. Whether you’re looking to animate a product shot or add motion to an image for more dynamic ads, these platforms make it way easier to breathe life into your existing visuals.

7. Make them laugh!

Authenticity + humor = the ultimate fuel for social media success.

People want to be entertained, not sold to—and if you can make them laugh while doing it, you’re winning.

The old-school unboxing videos are fading, and funny, relatable content is taking the stage. So, if you’re not a comedian, no worries! There are editing tricks, like the “talking product” filter (where your product gets eyes + a mouth) or funny voice filters, that can help your product shine in a fresh way.

Humor makes content feel more natural, and that’s what helps it blend organically into discovery feeds.

8. Explore Different POVs

Mixing perspectives keeps your content fresh. Here’s where we saw success in 2024, and expect to see continued success as we roll into 2025:

1️⃣ Brand POV: Polished and professional, highlighting USPs and results. Think comparison ads, founder content, and product explainers.

2️⃣ Customer POV: Raw and authentic, using memes, humor, styling reels, street interviews, and candid POVs. Content that feels native and real.

3️⃣ Expert POV: Credible and insightful experts. Whether they’re industry pros or people with lived experiences sharing their stories.

Different customers tune in to different voices. Mix up perspectives, and your content hits more emotional notes, grabs attention, and keeps people hooked.
